At Hilal Foods, he has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s market presence, driving category growth, and enhancing operational excellence. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University Islamabad and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour to his role. Mr. Rauf is known for his visionary leadership and ability to build high-performing teams that deliver sustained commercial success.

Mr. Fahad Munshi is the Chief Executive Officer of Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., where he leads the organization with a strategic vision focused on innovation, modernization, and market expansion.

He plays a pivotal leadership role across the Hilal Group, including Hilal Care (Pvt) Ltd., Shalimar Food Products, and Macpac Films Ltd. With a sharp understanding of evolving consumer needs and a passion for excellence, he has helped drive the transformation of Hilal Foods into a future-ready company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University and has also completed a diploma in finance from Harvard Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in financial and strategic leadership. Mr. Aqeel Loon is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., bringing with him over 20 years of strategic financial leadership across diverse industries.

At Hilal, he oversees the group’s financial health, driving strategic planning, financial governance, and performance optimization. Before joining Hilal, he held senior finance positions at Pak Arab Refinery Ltd., House of Habib, Liaquat National Hospital, and Aga Khan University. He is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program, in addition to having completed the Leadership Development Program at Duke University. Mr. Loon’s extensive experience and forward-looking approach to financial strategy play a critical role in ensuring long-term growth and sustainability for the Hilal Group.
